Last night we finished off the wings from Wing Wednesday. It was the first time leftover wings were on par with the dry rub wings you can order from a restaurant. In order to achieve the desired crispness we reheated them in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
I was resistant to tainting our air fryer with chicken fats. However, lining the fryer with Aluminum foil was the right call. We had the best wing leftovers I’ve ever had and the air fryer was clean in the end. I only had to scrape the rack and it was good as new 🙂
