I can no longer enjoy most dressings as they are made with soybean oil and blue cheese dressing uses mayo which is raw egg and soybean oil. Thus I needed to find a new combo to create a strong blue cheese flavor and omits all these other things I’d rather not consume. Instead of Mayo I subbed Plain Yogurt and Lemon Juice, this homemade Blue Cheese is better than any other dip I’ve had. Especially complementary with Chicken Wings!
